This beatiful modernly equipped apartment is located just under a 5 minute stroll to the lovely Puerto Pollensa beach, and a 10 minute walk away from the square in the centre of the town, where you can find most restaurants and shops. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a lovely and calm urbanization. There are 4 bedrooms in total, two with a double bed, and two with single beds. The property also has 3 bathrooms. The living room/dining room is very spacious and stands out for it's modern design, making it the perfect room to enjoy a nice family night in, watching a movie on the Tv or enjoying a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you would need for your holidays. The balcony is also very spacious, with enough room for all the guests to enjoy a wonderful breakfast together. From the liviing room you have direct access to the lovely terrace and garden area, which has seating for the whole family.
