Description
2nd-floor duplex decorated in a very fresh style with neutral pastel tones. Located only 100 meters from the sandy beach in one of the most popular areas of Puerto Pollensa, Llenaire, and a mere 15-minute walk to the main square. The apartment has a nice mountains and swimming pool views from the terrace which has a large 6 seating dining table for al fresco meals. Ideal for families or group of friends willing to get around on foot and not worry about renting a car as everything is easy accessible just by a nice walk along the beach. The apartments are located in the complex with shared swimming pool which is perfect for lazy summer days.The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and 2 bathrooms one with shower and another with bathtub plus an open plan living room and kitchen.
We have a ground floor as well in the same complex.
