Lauet is an amazing newly renovated apartment located just steps away from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa.
This charming apartment has lots of natural light and is decorated with tastefully selected furniture, paintings and new appliances. It is on the first floor and was completely renovated in March 2019 in a fresh minimalist design.
The owner takes special care in decorating with paintings by a local artist, with the vision of feeling at ease and comfortable as if it were his home.
Open plan kitchen/dining room is very bright & cosy with a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV and a balcony with side views of the mountains.
The apartment has two fantastic bedrooms: one with a large double bed, a wooden headboard, a mirror and wardrobe; the second bedroom with two single beds and a direct access to the balcony. The apartment also has a complete family bathroom with shower.
Enjoy a holiday independent of a car: in the immediate vicinity there are a variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bar, pharmacies and a lot of water and mountain activities. The Port of Pollensa is a very popular holiday destination in Mallorca, where you can choose whether you want to spend a quiet holiday or enjoy the wide range of recreational opportunities.

Located on the seafront of the amazing Puerto Pollensa bay, this first floor apartment is the perfect place to stay at if you are looking for a nice relaxing week. The property stands out for it's location, not only you can enjoy a lovely breakfast or meal while taking in the breathtaking views of the bay and the mountains, the apartment is conveniently a short walk distance away from the shops, bars and restaurants of the town.
The apartment provides one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, which has a bath with overhead shower and a seperate walkin shower. There is a second bathroom with a toiket and sink. The apartment is for a maximum capacity for 2 adults and 2 children. In the main living room area there is a comfortable sofa that can be made into a sofa bed and can fit 2 children. Something else that makes this apartment stand out is the convenient amount of space that you can find in the living and dining room area. This area opens up to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything that you would need to enjoy your self catering holiday here in Mallorca.
