Anita 4 is a new listing for us, the apartment has been completely refurbished to a high standard.
With parquet floors throughout, modern furniture and Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge area.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your self-catering holiday.
The apartment has a maximum capacity for 4 guests, with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with walk in shower, and the other with bath and overhead shower.
There is a wonderful furnished terrace where you can enjoy a lazy lunch soaking up the wonderful view of the marina and the famous Pine Walk.
The Anita apartments are just a stone’s throw from the main square which hosts the weekly Wednesday morning market. Here you will also find some wonderful bars and restaurants. The square comes alive in the evenings with a lively atmosphere during the summer months.
The Anita apartments are conveniently situated close to shops and supermarkets, so if you choose not to rent a car you have everything you need on your doorstep

Water pressure wasn't great and the shower in the en-suite continually spilled out onto the floor surrounding the shower. Otherwise is was a lovely property in a great location!!

The view was amazing out of both the lounge area and the master bedroom, and the apartment was very spacious. It came with everything you'd need, and a huge kitchen and utility. Perfect for a week away. We'll be back!

We had a 15-month-old, but weren't able to let her out on the balcony, because although there was netting, it wasn't secure and there were quite large gaps. If this could be fixed, we'd 100% be back. A nice touch would be to include some sun loungerssee more

Lauet is an amazing newly renovated apartment located just steps away from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa.
This charming apartment has lots of natural light and is decorated with tastefully selected furniture, paintings and new appliances. It is on the first floor and was completely renovated in March 2019 in a fresh minimalist design.
The owner takes special care in decorating with paintings by a local artist, with the vision of feeling at ease and comfortable as if it were his home.
