Villa S’hortet den Joan is a perfect choice for a small family seeking a Villa holiday with the luxury of your own private pool. Set on one level the house has a very country/homely feel with a large spacious and fully equipped kitchen, and open plan lounge/diner. There is internet connection, satellite television and DVD player. The bedrooms are spacious with Air conditioning fitted with motion sensors: From the twin room there are glass doors which lead you to the back terrace and fabulous covered barbecue area. At the front of the Villa there is a large covered terrace with a seating area for al fresco dining this overlooks the lawn and swimming pool. The extra facility of a small children's corner in the pool is really a great bonus if you have little ones.
A lovely country style property with lots of character, beautifully taken care of by the owners, this villa is perfect for a family holiday.

Villa Can Cladera is located in a wonderful location just 100 metres away from the beatiful sandy beaches of Playas de Muro. Numerous shops and restaurants can be found around the area, making this one of the most convenient locations. The Albufera nature park is less than 400 metres away from the property. Despite it's close proximity to the sea, the villa also benefits from a private pool for those seeking their own space, with a purpose built BBQ and an alfresco dinning area. The villa itself has a maximum capacity for 6 guests, distributed in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and also distributed in two floors. All bedrooms are air conditioned. On the ground floor, you will find 2 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Going up the spiral staircase, on the first floor, there is the third bedroom, which is ensuite and has it's own balcony. Cal Berros is a well-furnished house situated in the countryside between Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia with lovely views of the surrounding farmland and to the Bay of Pollensa. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for your self-catering holiday. The lounge opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and sun terrace. The gardens are well tended and include a lawn, and natural shade. There is even a mini crazy golf! If you are looking for a tranquil location, yet within easy driving distance of many amenities and beach, Cal Berros is the perfect choice.
