Beautiful holiday villa 4 bedrooms ( for 8 people ) between Pollensa y Puerto de Pollensa. Just a few driving minutes away from Pollensa with shopping facilities (400 meters) and restaurants (1000 meters). Puerto de Pollensa is just a short 5 minute drive away at the coast with the beaches of the Bahia de Pollensa, the harbour, restaurants and shops can be reached . If you are looking for relaxation and not too far out from towns and beaches this villa is suitable . Wonderfull mountain veiws and private pool and gardens make this villa perfect for your stay . The house is lined with stone and its interior is decorated in traditional Majorcan style. The property is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with open kitchen, as well as all the rooms (two bedrooms with two double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds in each) and two family separate bathrooms in the house available. Outside, a staircase leads to the upper floor where the laundry room is and a small terrace. Also outside there is a large covered terrace, barbecue and pool, all surrounded by a landscaped garden.
