On this level is the fully equipped kitchen and 1 double bedroom and a family shower room.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin which share a family bathroom.
Doors from the lounge lead onto a shady terrace and overlook the lawned area that lead to the pool with sun loungers for everyone to enjoy the Mallorca sunshine.
There is plenty of outside space, with a brick built BBQ for lazy summer evenings at the villa. Your private pool is 5x10m with roman steps into the shallow end. There is also a billiards table to add to your holiday enjoyment.
*There is an annex at the villa that can be used for storing bicycles.
