Villa Cuarterades is situated in a quiet residential area called La Font, located off the road that runs between Pollensa and Puerto Polllensa.This beautiful finca nestles peacefully on the slopes of the “Serra del Norte” mountain range, surrounded by old oak trees, almond and olive trees making this an oasis for a traditional Mallorquin holiday experience.
Villa Cuarterades has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
You enter the property into the lounge area, with comfortable sofas and large flat screen, SMART TV so that you can access your NETFLIX and AMAZON accounts. There is a separate dining room with a big table for 8 people with lots of natural light, and direct access to the BBQ and garden. Also leading from the dining area is a fully fitted kitchen, well equipped for your self-catering holiday.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bathrooms with walk in shower. One of the bathrooms is ensuite, the other is a family bathroom.
Upstairs is reached by a round staircase, complete with handrail, and fitted with a stairgate at the top and at the bottom. There there is a quiet area here, with comfortable seating and traditional style coffee table. There are 2 bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers. In addition, there is a large exterior terrace, an ideal place to watch the sun go down.
There is plenty of outside space, with exterior table and chairs, with direct access to the BBQ and kitchen.
The large pool, is surrounded by sunbeds and an additional covered seating area. A lawned area, with natural shade is the ideal spot for children to play or move your sunbed into the shade for a quiet siesta!
The villa benefits from Air Conditioning in all the bedrooms, WIFI throughout the house and a table tennis table.

Beatifull Villa Can Seixanta, is located on a hill, in the peaceful and lovely area of El Vila, in the outskirts of Port de Pollença. The centre of the town you can find just 3 KM away from the villa, which makes this the perfect property to enjoy a peaceful holiday and also, to be close to the main restaurants, shops and beaches.
The terrace, welcomes you with a stunning view of the Port de Pollença bay area, complemented with the mountains as the perfect background. You can enjoy these views with a drink at the seating area or with a nice family barbecue at the long table that this terrace offers. The pool area, just like the house as a whole, is surrounded and protected by trees, giving you the perfect natural and peaceful atmosphere. Next to the pool you can also find some loungers at the lawn, ideal for a relaxing time.
As soon as you walk into the indoor area, you realize how spacious and large the Villa is, perfect for large families or for a big group. This property holds 5 double rooms of which all of them have air conditioning, and 4 bathrooms, of which 3 are en suite. The full capacity of the villa has a maximum of 10 people(plus a baby), 2 per bedroom.
You will rapidly feel at home when you relax in the living room next to the fireplace,surrounded with it's modern decoration and it's delightful choice of art collection. From the living room you reach to the dining area, where you will find a glass table with enough seatings for the whole family or group to enjoy a lovely meal, but the main highlight of this area, are the bookshelves that surround it, which ad's a nice antique touch to the dining area and also helps to make you feel like you are having lunch or dinner at your own place. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired as you will find all the necessary equipment. A very nice touch to the villa, is the office room, where you will find a spacious desk, where if needed you can spend some time of your holiday catching up with work or with studies.
As previously mentioned, this is the perfect villa to enjoy your vacation in a calm, peaceful area, but at the time, close to the main towns where if you fancy you can enjoy a lovely meal at the seafront, a walk down the beach or a lovely beverage in the square. Port de Pollença is the closest town to the property, but also, you will find other towns which are worth a visit that are a very reasonable distance away, like Pollença old town, Alcudia or Cala san Vicente.

If you’re planning a sunny holiday with extended family or friends then Can Curt is an excellent choice. With four bedrooms, capable of accommodating up to eight guests, it’s a Mallorcan Villa set in the countryside close to Pollensa old town
There is an open plan lounge/diner with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, there is a large traditional wooden table for family meals.
On this level is the fully equipped kitchen and 1 double bedroom and a family shower room.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin which share a family bathroom.
Doors from the lounge lead onto a shady terrace and overlook the lawned area that lead to the pool with sun loungers for everyone to enjoy the Mallorca sunshine.
There is plenty of outside space, with a brick built BBQ for lazy summer evenings at the villa. Your private pool is 5x10m with roman steps into the shallow end.
