This exclusive property is an ultra modern, contemporary and well appointed villa located in the privileged Boquer area of Puerto Pollensa. With breathtaking uninterrupted views overlooking the beautiful bay of Pollensa which are appreciated the second you walk through the front door. The villa boasts 2 swimming pools, a outdoor swimming pool with views of the whole Bay of Puerto Pollensa and a indoor pool on the lower level.
This stunning villa is distributed over 3 levels: 1st floor, ground floor and lower ground floor (basement).
The villa has central air conditioning which provides hot and cold air to the 4 main bedrooms, (all with double beds).
Entering the property, from the rear street entrance, you will find a large marble BBQ area with garden and a teak walkway leading to the main front door. On this floor you will find a large, spacious open plan lounge/ dining area which is stylishly decorated and leads onto the modern fully equipped kitchen. This open plan fully glazed design, on one side of the villa, allows the fantastic views of the bay to be enjoyed whether you are cooking, eating or relaxing. The lounge, floor to ceiling patio doors, lead out to the extensive first floor terrace which has a quality teak decked sunbathing area with outdoor swimming pool and breathtaking panoramic views of the Puerto Pollensa bay. This area has ample comfortable sofa seating and a 2 x four-poster sunbed chill out loungers. Leading up from here are external stairs to the top roof terrace with 360 degree views of the breathtaking bay and surrounding Boquer Valley mountains.
You will find 1 x double bedroom on the main floor with en-suite bathroom which also has large patio doors leading out to the teak deck terrace.
On the lower floor you will find a gorgeous master bedroom with built-in closet and en-suite bathroom, also there is direct access to the large garden / private terrace at the front of the property. On this floor you will also find 2 x double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the indoor swimming pool.
This is a spectacular villa set in one of the nicest areas of Puerto Pollensa with everything on your door step. The Pine Walk, beaches and town centre are only short stroll away.

Villa Ocaso is a spacious two-storey villa conveniently located just a 20minute walk into the centre of Puerto Pollensa, in an area known as Siller. You enter the villa into a light and airy open plan lounge diner, with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, dining table and chairs. Our wonderful Villa Vora is located in the residential area of Siller, in Puerto Pollensa, about 15 minutes walk from the center of town, and the beautiful beaches. If you decide to rent a car, you are only 5 minutes away. The villa shares an entrance and barrier with Villa Costa, belonging to the same family, but is totally isolated, which makes it ideal for large groups who want to rent two properties. The Villa has 5 bedrooms, with a capacity for a maximum of 10 people. Two of the rooms are double, with a double bed, and the other three, contain two single beds each. All rooms contain their own air conditioning. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, with all the essential materials (fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee maker). The living room is equipped with two sofas, ideal for watching satellite television. The living room leads directly to the large patio of the villa.Outside we will find the large pool, with dimensions of 10x5 M, surrounded by a fence, which is reassuring when it comes to being there with small children. The pool is also surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. As we walk through the extensive garden, we will also see a stone barbecue, ideal for a lunch or dinner with family or friends.
