On the first floor you have 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, 1 lounge/dining room, and one terrace. A roof terrace can also be found at this property. The exterior of this home is breath-taking. You have various terrace areas, large barbecue area, large private swimming pool to relax during those hot summer days and plenty of garden space with trees, including orange trees, palm trees, roses, nisperos and many others. In this large garden area you will see that there is a ground with some ponies and also a mini house with cats. These are rescued animals and there is someone in charge who takes care of feeding them every day, but they do not enter the property at any time.
This home is located only a 15 min walk to the centre of the town of Puerto Pollensa, where you will find its sandy beaches and all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Also only a 10 min drive from the nearest towns of Cala San Vicente, Pollensa and Alcudia.

Our wonderful Villa Vora is located in the residential area of Siller, in Puerto Pollensa, about 15 minutes walk from the center of town, and the beautiful beaches. If you decide to rent a car, you are only 5 minutes away. The villa shares an entrance and barrier with Villa Costa, belonging to the same family, but is totally isolated, which makes it ideal for large groups who want to rent two properties. The Villa has 5 bedrooms, with a capacity for a maximum of 10 people. Two of the rooms are double, with a double bed, and the other three, contain two single beds each. All rooms contain their own air conditioning. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, with all the essential materials (fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee maker). The living room is equipped with two sofas, ideal for watching satellite television. The living room leads directly to the large patio of the villa.Outside we will find the large pool, with dimensions of 10x5 M, surrounded by a fence, which is reassuring when it comes to being there with small children. The pool is also surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. As we walk through the extensive garden, we will also see a stone barbecue, ideal for a lunch or dinner with family or friends.
