This large, two-storey villa is perfectly equipped for family holidays and large group bookings, sleeping up to 10 guests and offering an abundance of space and comfort. Backed by wonderful mountain scenery, yet just a short distance to the lively Puerto Pollensa and glistening sea, a stay here offers the best of both worlds.
Villa Ocaso’s gated pool is a real bonus and a useful feature for those travelling with young children, whilst the rest of the outside space invites you to relax in the peaceful ambience of the Mallorcan countryside.
Another advantage is the external access to the first floor, ideal for those seeking extra privacy and a completely separate living area.
Evenings out couldn’t be easier thanks to Villa Ocaso’s location close to the port and many wonderful restaurants and bars in Puerto Pollensa
When Booking or Wanting to book :
Breakage deposit is required.
Check in time is after 16:00
Check out time is before 10:00
Changeover day: Saturday in high season ( 19th May - 22nd September )
No parties or events aloud.
No smoking indoors.
No pets aloud.
Included in the price : all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels
Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
Please note: Engaged with local incentives to lower energy savings all air conditioning units are on timer and available up to 12 hours.

The Villa was perfect for a big group and very nicely equipped. Very nice garden with super clean pool with a fence (great since we had young kids). Great location. Very easy and efficient communication. The space worked well as well for people that see more
