Description
Villa Ana has been completely refurbished and is located in the Siller area, which is approximately 15 minutes’ walk into the centre of Puerto Pollensa, or just 5 minutes’ drive.
There is plenty of parking in the quiet street in front of the villa. There is a gated entrance and a large lawned area leading up to the entrance of the house.
As you enter the villa there is a new modern kitchen on the right hand side, which has direct access to the outside covered terrace. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday.
To the left is the open plan lounge diner. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable sofas and large flat screen TV.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with single beds, that share a family bathroom with walk in shower.
Upstairs the master bedroom has its own walk in shower, toilet and sink. There is a second double bedroom on this level.
From the lounge and kitchen there are doors that lead out on to the terrace, here you will find the built in BBQ, the table tennis table, and sunbeds for relaxing around the pool.

In line with local energy saving iniciatives all air conditioning units are on timer and available up to 12 hours.
Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)

The villa exceeded our expectations, felt much larger than the pictures and it was very well equipped. Great location, you can walk to the port in 10 minutes and supermarkets within 2 minute drive.

Villa Ana is beautiful. Our two families stayed recently and the property exceeded our expectations. The villa was immaculate, and the facilities within catered to all our needs.

The pool was modern and a great size. We loved the table tennis and the front lawn. The balcony upstairs was huge with incredible Mountain Views. We didn’t want to leave, it felt like a perfect home away from home. We had only one issue with Saharan dust dirtying the pool, we contacted the owners and they could not have been more helpful. They had someone clean the pool the same day. Every need catered for and the attention to detail in the styling of the property was second to none. Truly 100% from us! |

This lovely and spacious villa, is located in the area of Gotmar in Puerto Pollensa. The location of the property makes it the ideal place for a family holiday, with just a 15 minute walk away from the stunning beach, and from the shops and restaurants. The center of the town is also walking distance away from the property. The property is distributed in two floors. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 of them, on the lower floor and one of them, on the top floor. The bedrooms on the lower floor have all got direct access to the lovely swimming pool area. All bedrooms in the villa are also en-suite.
