This stunning house, is located in Crestatx, a nice, calm residential area in the municipality of Sa Pobla. The property has a 350 square meter surface, and is distributed in 3 different floors, the first floor, ground floor and the basement floor. The property has 4 bedrooms in total, with a maximum capacity of 8 guests. The bedrooms are distributed in one double bedroom on the ground floor, two double bedrooms on the first floor, and the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the first floor also.
On the ground floor, you will find the large living room area, ideal for a relaxing evening in with friends or family. The living room also has direct access to the beautiful exterior area of the house. Open to the living room area, is the modern and full equipped kitchen, where you will find everything that you would need for your lovely stay in Mallorca. On this floor there is also a dining room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms. The master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and with it's own private dressing room. There are also two more double bedrooms on this floor, and one more bathroom also with a shower.
Finally, in the basement floor, you will find the laundry room and the engine room. If you need any extra space, on this floor there is an 80 squared meter living room and another bathroom with a shower. If you wanted to book this space, there is an extra cost for this. On this floor there is also an indoor pool that can be heated. To use this please enquire to us, as there is also an extra cost to use this.
The exterior of the property is also one of the highlights, where you can enjoy a relaxing time resting on the terrace furniture, surrounded by a nice and peaceful environment. The exterior pool is private for the use of the guests. The dimensions are the following: 4 M x 9,40 M.
The property also disposes of the following facilities:
-Air conditioning and underfloor heating
-Electric vehicle socket
-Gas fireplace
-Domotic control of lightning, blinds and shutters
There are two posibilities to book the property:
Option 1- First floor, ground floor, and use of engine machine and laundry room in the basement.
Option 2- First floor, ground floor and full usage of the basement ( please enquire regarding price for this)
There is also the possibility to use the indoor pool and a gim for an extra cost. Please enquire regarding cost.

Breakage deposit is required.
