The Apartment is in the area of Pinaret, a short 5-7 minute walk along the beach front to the centre of town where you will find countless restaurants, shops, and bars.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay).

Apartment Marquis is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in an ideal location, close to all amenities and just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach and the famous Pine walk located in Puerto Pollensa.

The apartment is located in a well maintained building on the 3rd floor which is accessed by a lift.

As you enter this bright and airy apartment, to the right-hand side you will find 2 twin bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and complete with air-conditioning and stand-alone fans. These bedrooms share a modern family bathroom with corner shower, toilet and sink.

To the left of the property there is an open plan lounge diner with a modern American style kitchen that is fully equipped for your self-catering holiday.

In the lounge area there is a comfortable sofa with flat screen Smart TV so that you can access your Netflix or Amazon accounts. The lounge boasts floor to ceiling windows and has access to a small balcony, furnished with table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful mountain views reaching over to the Boquer Valley.

The master bedroom is located at the front of the apartment, there is a king size bed with plenty of wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom, featuring a bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink and bidet.

There is air-conditioning throughout the apartment and free WIFI.

This apartment has the added advantage of a community pool, accessed via a ladder, which measures 10x3.5metres and depth of 1.35m.

There is underground parking for a small to medium sized car or bicycles
