The apartment is located in a well maintained building on the 3rd floor which is accessed by a lift.
As you enter this bright and airy apartment, to the right-hand side you will find 2 twin bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and complete with air-conditioning and stand-alone fans. These bedrooms share a modern family bathroom with corner shower, toilet and sink.
To the left of the property there is an open plan lounge diner with a modern American style kitchen that is fully equipped for your self-catering holiday.
In the lounge area there is a comfortable sofa with flat screen Smart TV so that you can access your Netflix or Amazon accounts. The lounge boasts floor to ceiling windows and has access to a small balcony, furnished with table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful mountain views reaching over to the Boquer Valley.
The master bedroom is located at the front of the apartment, there is a king size bed with plenty of wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom, featuring a bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink and bidet.

                This third-floor apartment is located in a well maintained building with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea at the famous Pine Walk area. The apartment has a big terrace that is perfect for eating outside and relaxing on the sun loungers with a beautiful view and watching the world go by. The large terrace offers a balance between amazing sea and nature views with some screening from the pines and palm trees on the Pine Walk particularly in the Summer period. It is located away from the noise of traffic and is within walking distance of numerous great shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the main town square and all the facilities of Puerto Pollensa.
 This apartment has 3 bedrooms (one double bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with bunk beds). Two of them with ensuite bathrooms. This apartment has a spacious lounge with TV, sofa and A/C unit. The open plan kitchen is fully furnished and equipped in a contemporary style.
