This Beach Front Apartment overlooks the bay of Puerto Pollensa and is just 10 meters away from the beach .
In this apartment you will find a spacious lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a terrace with views of the beach that gives you a wonderful view of the Bay and a real relaxing feel during your holiday.
The Apartment is in the area of Pinaret, a short 5-7 minute walk along the beach front to the centre of town where you will find countless restaurants, shops, and bars.
When Booking or Wanting to book:
Check in time is after 16:00
Check out time is before 10:00
Changeover day: Saturday in high season (19th May - 22nd September)
Included in the price: all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels.
Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay).

The apartment is very big, comfortable beds, night part on the back is very quiet. Air conditioning work also very well. You can really rest. Plus a private parking space. The team is very helpful and eager to solve any situation.

This third-floor apartment is located in a well maintained building with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea at the famous Pine Walk area. The apartment has a big terrace that is perfect for eating outside and relaxing on the sun loungers with a beautiful view and watching the world go by. Apartment Marquis is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in an ideal location, close to all amenities and just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach and the famous Pine walk located in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment is located in a well maintained building on the 3rd floor which is accessed by a lift. As you enter this bright and airy apartment, to the right-hand side you will find 2 twin bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and complete with air-conditioning and stand-alone fans. These bedrooms share a modern family bathroom with corner shower, toilet and sink. To the left of the property there is an open plan lounge diner with a modern American style kitchen that is fully equipped for your self-catering holiday. In the lounge area there is a comfortable sofa with flat screen Smart TV so that you can access your Netflix or Amazon accounts. The lounge boasts floor to ceiling windows and has access to a small balcony, furnished with table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful mountain views reaching over to the Boquer Valley. The master bedroom is located at the front of the apartment, there is a king size bed with plenty of wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom, featuring a bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
