Spectacular, ground floor apartment is located in one of the best urbanisations in Puerto Pollensa, named "Bellresguard". The location is perfect and only a couple of minutes from the beach and a short walk to the center of town. The property consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a maximum capacity for 6 guests. The distribution of the bedrooms, makes this an ideal property for a sunny family holiday in Mallorca. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one with twin beds, and one with bunk beds, perfect for children. The modern kitchen area is fully equipped with all the necesarry items that you would need for your stay here in the island (toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, dishwasher and more). The kitchen is open to the spacious dining and lounge area, with enough seating for the whole family to enjoy a nice relaxing meal indoor, while escaping for a little bit from the Puerto Pollensa sun, or to simply chill out on the sofa, while watching a movie on the TV. The lounge area opens up to the amazing terrace and garden area, which stands out for it's amazing display, making it the perfect area to take a rest from the communal pool, and to enjoy a nice breakfast in the sun. There is a small gate that opens up and gives direct access to the large communal pool area.

This third-floor apartment is located in a well maintained building with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea at the famous Pine Walk area. The apartment has a big terrace that is perfect for eating outside and relaxing on the sun loungers with a beautiful view and watching the world go by. The large terrace offers a balance between amazing sea and nature views with some screening from the pines and palm trees on the Pine Walk particularly in the Summer period. It is located away from the noise of traffic and is within walking distance of numerous great shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the main town square and all the facilities of Puerto Pollensa. This apartment has 3 bedrooms (one double bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with bunk beds). Two of them with ensuite bathrooms.
